After the events of 2170, Earth quickly became a planet of neglect. Viruses ran unchallenged, resources almost ran dry and due to temperatures elevated caused by climate change the Earth's core became unstable. Earth is uninhabitable. Innovators and titans came and went, all failing to save the planet from complete destruction. Everything hung in the balance, yet Earth was lost. Until… one last attempt at salvation was made. Transmissions from Earth’s remaining functional satellites finally made their way to those listening in neighbouring galaxies; who’d been listening for a millennium.

Planning, excavating and developing. The Dealers, they call themselves. They knew of Earth only by name, but the prophecy was notorious: ‘Once the final hand is dealt, only the Dealers exist to pass on the light of a new dawn’. They exist as foragers, settlers and bandits. Branching from all corners of the galactic clusters to form the infamous Planetary Property Association.

Stretching across worlds and galaxies, The Dealers hatched a facade. For what could be more enticing than the hope of a new home? A new planet? A new beginning. Built from an amalgamation of materials; designed by deciphering Earth's own transmissions, the Surrealestate development was formed. Properties spanning the many worlds are now finished, and though there are thousands, there are not enough for every human on Earth.
